Job Description
Temporary Workforce Scheduler – Cromwell, CT
A.R. Mazzotta is seeking a qualified candidate for a Temporary Workforce Scheduler position with our client in the Cromwell area. This is a full-time, contract role responsible for managing daily staffing schedules for the Contact Center using specialized workforce management technology, including CXOne WFM Software.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Duration: Minimum of 2 months
- Start Date: March 17, 2025
- Pay Rate: $18 / hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize staffing levels to meet program, client, and funder expectations
- Monitor real-time operations and Contact Center performance
- Forecast staffing needs and analyze performance metrics
- Prepare detailed reports to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in scheduling and workforce management
- Experience handling phone calls and skilled in data entry
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with workforce management software, including CXOne WFM, preferred
- Ability to work full-time in-office for at least the first month
