Warranty & Customer Service Supervisor
- Monday – Thursday | 7:15 AM – 5:15 PM
- 65K – 70K, Direct Hire
Are you a strong customer service leader with firearms knowledge and the ability to build, develop, and lead a high-performing team?
We are looking for an experienced Warranty & Customer Service Supervisor to take the lead in overseeing our Consumer Customer Service and Warranty Repair departments.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to manage people, solve problems, handle challenging customer situations, and keep operations moving forward. You'll be responsible for developing your team, improving processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable, professional, and efficient service.
Your knowledge of firearms is essential. The ideal candidate understands firearms, has successfully completed a firearms safety training course, and can confidently support a team handling consumer questions and warranty-related concerns.
What You'll Lead
- Consumer Customer Service and Warranty Repair teams
- Employee training, coaching, development, and performance
- Customer questions, concerns, and escalated service issues
- Department workflow and daily operations
- Reporting, performance tracking, and process improvement
- Communication and relationship building across internal departments
- A professional, responsive, and customer-focused service experience
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, warranty service, repair operations, or a related environment
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with firearms
- Successful completion of a firearms safety training course
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle questions and concerns efficiently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Experience with reporting, performance metrics, and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree preferred
