Job Description
Warehouse Inventory & Administrative Assistant
A.R. Mazzotta is seeking a flexible and resourceful individual to join a manufacturing company in the Bristol area! This multifaceted role will involve packing and shipping, product testing, and providing essential administrative support. The ideal Warehouse Inventory /
Administrative Assistant will be eager to contribute in a variety of ways and support the team wherever necessary.
$16.35 - $18 per hour based on experience. Contract to hire.
What does this role involve?
- Accurately packing products and preparing them for shipping.
- Managing inventory levels to ensure supplies needed for shipping are on hand.
- Perform quality control testing to ensure products meet the company’s high standards.
- Documenting inspection / testing results and reporting any issues.
- Assist with data entry, inventory, and order management.
- Process returns.
- Provide general administrative support including filing.
- Additional tasks as needed.
To be successful in this Warehouse Inventory / Administrative Assistant role, you will need the following:
- Physical ability to lift to 55 lbs, move around the warehouse, bend, stoop, sit and stand for extended periods.
- Experience working in a manufacturing / warehouse environment handling packing and shipping responsibilities.
- Experience working in manufacturing testing / quality control role.
- Knowledge of basic administrative office tasks (filing, data entry, and inventory management).
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and detail oriented.
