Warehouse / General Labor – Contract

Norwich, CT area
$16.94/hour
Long-Term Contract | March – August 2026
Potential Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate

A busy distribution facility in the Norwich area is seeking reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associates for a long-term contract assignment. This is a physically demanding, team-oriented role with the opportunity to convert to permanent employment for the right individual.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Loading and unloading containers
Picking and packing orders
Building and wrapping pallets
Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Moving materials throughout the warehouse

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime required as needed
Some Saturdays required

Requirements:

Steel toe or safety shoes required
Ability to perform very physical, labor-intensive work
Ability to lift, move, and stack materials throughout the shift
Comfortable working in cold environments
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
