Warehouse / General Labor – Contract
- Norwich, CT area
- $16.94/hour
- Long-Term Contract | March – August 2026
- Potential Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate
A busy distribution facility in the Norwich area is seeking reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associates for a long-term contract assignment. This is a physically demanding, team-oriented role with the opportunity to convert to permanent employment for the right individual.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Loading and unloading containers
- Picking and packing orders
- Building and wrapping pallets
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Moving materials throughout the warehouse
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime required as needed
- Some Saturdays required
Requirements:
- Steel toe or safety shoes required
- Ability to perform very physical, labor-intensive work
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
