Job Description
Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
- Middletown area
- $20 – $30/hour (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative & predictive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Set up and install machinery
- Ensure equipment runs safely & efficiently
- Keep maintenance inventory organized
- Assist with welding, fabrication, and minor carpentry
Equipment You’ll Maintain:
- Steam boilers
- Hydraulic presses
- Pumps & motors
- Industrial ovens
- Hoists & exhaust fans
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 consecutive years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Welding and fabrication experience
