Job Description
Outdoor enthusiasts wanting for a Meter Reader position. As a Meter Reader, you will be responsible for walking door-to-door and ensuring accurate readings are taken for each meter. Farmington areas (training will take place in Naugatuck).
- $18.00 per hour plus benefits package including paid time off and health insurance.
- Long-term contract with the potential of hire.
We are looking for those with relevant experience working outdoors in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, and cold temperatures. Those who have worked in year-round landscaping, construction, mail delivery, or as a linesman should consider this new challenge!
Requirements
- Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk several miles
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good math skills
- Effective oral communication
