Job Description

Are you a social media savvy individual with a passion for marketing and business development? Look no further! We're seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our clients dynamic team located in the Wallingford area.

This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $50-55k depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Utilize and expand the company’s social media presence across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content regularly for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance to target audiences.
  • Post Scheduling: Manage post scheduling efficiently using both social media platforms and management tools.
  • Website Marketing Assistance: Support website marketing tasks such as obtaining backlinks, increasing web presence, and posting blogs.
  • General Marketing Support: Assist with other marketing duties as required to support the team's objectives.
Skills/Qualifications:

Required:
  • Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing and leveraging various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of Hootsuite for social media management and basic Photoshop skills.
  • Video Editing Skills: Ability to perform light video editing for social media content.
  • Creativity: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
Preferred:
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong written communication abilities to craft compelling content.
  • Design and Multimedia: Graphic design, photography, and videography skills for visually captivating content.
  • WordPress Knowledge: Understanding of WordPress for website management.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
