Job Description

Set-up Injection Molding Machine Operator opening in the Torrington area!

We are looking for an experienced team player to join our client’s dedicated team as a Set-Up Injection Molding Machine Operator. This role requires working knowledge of the auxiliary components needed to set up a machine for processing parts. If this sounds like a match for your skills, we encourage you to apply today!

Direct hire, $26 - $32 per hour, plus benefits package.

To be successful in this set-up machine operator role we are looking for the following skills / experience:
  • installing molds in injection molding machines.
  • processing the correct raw material and coloring.
  • recording mold cycle.
  • noting any non-conformance conditions.
  • performing mold maintenance.
  • diagnosing and correcting problems in set up and operation of molds, presses, and other equipment.
  • problem solving.
  • performing routine maintenance on molds and equipment.
  • handling change overs.
