Secondary Machine Operator – 1st Shift | $20 – $25/hr | Direct Hire
Join a precision manufacturing team in Prospect as a Secondary Machine Operator! This direct hire opportunity is perfect for someone with hands-on machining experience who’s looking for long-term stability and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate small lathes, slotting machines, Bridgeport mills, and Omni equipment
- Perform deburring and basic assembly tasks
- Run 2-axis CNC machines (basic experience required)
- Maintain accuracy and consistency with precision equipment
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
- Some flexibility with start/end time
Pay Range:
- $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience
