Rework Technician (Short-Term Assignment)
- Location: Chester, CT
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $17/hour
- Duration: Approximately 3 weeks (potential for extension based on workload)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Rework Technician for a short-term assignment. This role involves performing light mechanical rework on kit components in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Open kit boxes and remove screws from components
- Add washers and reassemble parts
- Reinstall screws and verify proper torque
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all reworked items
- Follow work instructions and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications:
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Upper body strength required for torquing screws
- Previous assembly or mechanical experience is a plus
Additional Information:
- Short-term project with potential for extension
- Great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting
