Job Description
Regional Sales Manager – Shoreline, CT
Our client is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to grow sales and manage customer relationships within a designated region. Based out of the shoreline area of Connecticut this role requires strong B2B (Business to Business) sales skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and a strategic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
This direct hire opportunity is offering $75k+ depending on experience. Salary only, no commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and foodservice clients.
- Lead and support a regional sales team, providing coaching and guidance.
- Prepare presentations and proposals and confidently present to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement sales plans to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate account and sales data in company systems.
- Travel as needed to support client relationships and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but candidates with strong sales experience in food, CPG, or related industries will be considered.
- Proven success in managing accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly.
