Job Description
A.R. Mazzotta is looking to expand their team of Administrative Office Support and Receptionist in the Danbury area.
Currently accepting applications and interviewing for current and future office support and reception roles in the Danbury area.
$18 - $20 per hour, based on opening and required skills. Contract / Temporary openings. Full time and part time hours. Many of our long-term contract positions qualify for A.R. Mazzotta’s benefits package including paid time off and holiday pay.
Experience and skills we are seeking include:
- Administrative support experience
- Front desk / receptionist experience
- General office background
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs.
- Experience using basic office equipment (multi-line phone system, scanner, fax, copier, etc.)
- Passionate about the overall customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
