Job Description
Now Hiring: Quality Control Inspector – Direct Hire
Middletown, CT area | $17–$30/hr (DOE) | Manufacturing | Full-Time
Join a state-of-the-art manufacturing company in the Middletown area as a Quality Control Inspector! This direct hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong inspection background or those with some experience who are interested in further developing a career in quality control. A steady work history is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished goods
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints; GD&T knowledge a plus
- Record inspection results using basic computer skills
- Perform layout inspections (preferred but not required)
Requirements:
- 6+ months of relevant quality inspection experience
- Familiar with manufacturing environments
- Solid resume – we're looking for dependable candidates, not job-hoppers
