Job Description
Calling all Quality Control Inspectors! A.R. Mazzotta has multiple quality control inspection openings in the Torrington area.
QC Inspector openings include the following:
1st shift – Final Inspection - $17.50 / hr
- Experience with the final inspection process.
- Ability to read and interpret procedures, specifications and blueprints.
- Skilled at using various measuring instruments including micrometers, indicators, radial clearance gauges, verniers, etc.
- Excellent visual acuity skills to verify compliance to drawings and procedures.
- Understanding of required quality control documentation.
- Ability to navigate computer systems to complete necessary documentation.
2nd shift – Precision Inspector - $19.50 / hr
- Requires training on 1st shift
- Experience with precision inspection
- GD&T, gauge and measuring tools experience required
- Ability to interpret part print dimensions and specifications
- 1st shift – Quality Inspector (Documentation & Auditing Focus) - $17.50 / hr
- Understanding of the inspection process used in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience completing documentation used in the quality process.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
