Job Description

Are you well versed in the world of property management? Our Hartford area client is looking for a top-notch Administrative Assistant who can support multiple property managers with day-to-day office functions.

Working on-site in the property management office, the Property Administrator / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for keeping the front office running smoothly and acting as the first point of contact for tenants calling in.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Answering, screening, and assisting callers
  • Responding to emails from tenants
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Processing invoices
Experience / skills required:
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Well-versed in administrative functions
  • Background in property management and/or real estate
  • Comfortable working with Yardi, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to jump in and be the right hand-person for the property manager
Contract to hire, up to $55K depending on experience.
