Are you well versed in the world of property management? Our Hartford area client is looking for a top-notch Administrative Assistant who can support multiple property managers with day-to-day office functions.
Working on-site in the property management office, the Property Administrator / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for keeping the front office running smoothly and acting as the first point of contact for tenants calling in.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Answering, screening, and assisting callers
- Responding to emails from tenants
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Processing invoices
Experience / skills required:
- Confident working in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Well-versed in administrative functions
- Background in property management and/or real estate
- Comfortable working with Yardi, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to jump in and be the right hand-person for the property manager
Contract to hire, up to $55K depending on experience.
