Job Description
Looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire construction project to ensure that design, budget, and schedule are in accordance with requirements and guidelines. The right project manager will have an expertise managing projects in the construction industry.
50K – 115K, depending on experience. Direct Hire.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Interfacing with all representatives, subcontractors, and consultants planning, organizing, and staffing key field positions
- Working with the on-site superintendent through administrative direction to ensure the projecstays in budget and on schedule
- Authorizing purchase requisitions and project transactions
- Maintaining official project logs and documentation files
- Working as the liaison between all parties
Project Managers with the following background, should consider this opportunity.
- Must have prior project management experience in the construction industry
- Experience managing large commercial projects
- Proven experience meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and producing an exceptional project
- Ability to be proactive and solve problems before they become an issue
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at a time
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience in all divisions of work, methods, materials, and scheduling
