Production Team Member – Paid Training
Litchfield Area, CT
2nd Shift | 3:30 PM–11:00 PM
$19.80 per hour
$19.80 per hour
Training on 1st Shift (4–6 Weeks) | $18.00 per hour
Easy commute from Litchfield, Harwinton, Torrington, Thomaston, Bristol, Burlington, Plymouth, New Hartford, Winsted, Waterbury, and surrounding Route 8 communities.

Our client is seeking dependable individuals to join their manufacturing team. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it's not required. If you're willing to learn, work safely, and take pride in doing a good job, we'd like to meet you.

- Rotate between production workstations
- Assemble and inspect products
- Operate production equipment

- Work with a team to meet production goals
