Production Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift
Westbrook Area, CT
Temporary with Opportunity for Permanent Hire
- 1st Shift: $16.95–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience
- 2nd Shift: $19.00 per hour
Easy commute from Westbrook, Clinton, Old Saybrook, Killingworth, Madison, Essex, Deep River, Chester, Old Lyme, Niantic, and surrounding shoreline communities.

Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:50 PM-12:20 AM

What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Monitor equipment during production runs
- Label and package finished products
- Move materials using a manual pallet jack
- Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
We're Looking For
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Team player with attention to detail
