Production Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift
Portland–Marlborough Area, CT
$18.00–$21.00 per hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Choose the Shift That Fits Your Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $18.00–$19.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | $19.00–$21.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Operate molding and production equipment
- Prepare materials for manufacturing runs
- Monitor machine performance and production quality
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Record production information accurately
- Follow quality, safety, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may be warm during the summer months
- Ability to work safely around production equipment and heavy molds
