Job Description
Direct Hire - Now interviewing direct mail machine operators looking to step into a leader role! Litchfield County company has an opening on 2nd shift for a Production Group Lead. The Production Group Lead will support the management team with daily operations to ensure the shift runs smoothly and production expectations are met.
$17.50 - $21.00 per hour plus benefits package (paid time off, paid holidays, health / dental insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and 401K with profit share)
Working under the direction of the shift manager, the Group Lead will be the go-to person during the shift. Taking on the responsibility of training machine operators on how to properly complete all paperwork, ensure quality procedures are adhered to, and rotate operators as needed to meet production deadlines. Must be willing to jump in and set-up / operate machines when necessary.
