Process Stock Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Torrington, CT
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour
We're seeking a dependable and motivated Process Stock Associate to join a busy manufacturing team in Torrington, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Pull components and materials for production orders.
- Package products according to customer and handling requirements.
- Count inventory using hand counting and scales.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Transport materials throughout the facility and complete required documentation.
- Receive incoming inventory and stock materials in designated locations.
- Break down pallets and organize incoming shipments.
- Transfer inventory within the inventory management system.
- Look up inventory locations and fulfill stock requests.
- Maintain traceability of materials and heat lot numbers.
- Support production by ensuring materials are available when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent walking, lifting, and movement.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
