Precision Manufacturing Associate
Westbrook, CT area
$20.00 per hour
$20.00 per hour
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Easy commute from Old Saybrook, Clinton, Madison, East Lyme, Niantic, Guilford, Madison, Killingworth, and surrounding shoreline communities with convenient access from I-95.
Looking for a clean, modern manufacturing environment where attention to detail matters? Our client is seeking individuals to join their production team in a bright, open facility featuring abundant natural light and a well-maintained workspace.
This position involves working with miniature components in a precision manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with small parts, and eager to learn new skills.
What You'll Do
- Perform production and finishing tasks
- Work with miniature components and precision parts
- Utilize microscopes and magnification equipment as needed
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Support daily manufacturing operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work with very small parts
- Comfortable performing repetitive work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Training Provided
- Training will be completed on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.
