Payroll Specialist with Accounting Support – Non-Profit Organization

Location: Naugatuck, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (contract); 7:30am–4:00pm if hired
Pay: $27–$29/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Benefits: Excellent benefits package upon permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing through Paylocity
- Support accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Administer petty cash and credit card transactions
- Ensure accurate, timely financial data entry and records
Qualifications:
- Extensive payroll processing experience required
- Familiarity with Paylocity and QuickBooks platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Non-profit finance experience a bonus
