Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time receptionist or secretary position? Our client, located in the Hartford area, has an administrative opening working Monday – Friday, 8am – 1:30pm with some flexibility.

$18 per hour

This is the ideal administrative role for a person who enjoys sitting at the front desk of a company, greeting customers with a smile on their face, answering phones and providing general office support.

  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Polite and professional phone manner
  • Willingness to help with special projects.
  • Ability to provide general office administrative support where needed.
  • Experience working in a professional office setting answering multi-line phones, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks.
