Job Description

Part-Time Office Assistant

We are partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the Clinton area with a focus on animal care. They are seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant who enjoys customer service, is comfortable on the phone, and takes pride in keeping a small office running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who specifically wants part-time hours, enjoys variety in their day, and is happy managing heavy phone lines while providing top notch customer service.

Pay: $20-22 per hour depending on experience!
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 9:00am – 1:00pm

What You’ll Do

Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
Schedule and book appointments
Provide friendly, professional customer service to the public
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
Assist with unpacking and organizing supplies
Jump in and help wherever needed in a small, close-knit office

What We’re Looking For
