Job Description

Are you a skilled office administrator or office manager looking for part time work in the Newington area? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment? A.R. Mazzotta is working with a local non-profit organization to find the perfect office administrator for their small office.

24 hours per week, $23 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Position will involve coordinating both office and financial activities and will require a person that is tech savvy, has strong administrative skills and a background in accounting / payroll. If this sounds like a challenge you are ready to take on, apply today!

On a day-to-day basis, as the office administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Providing daily administrative support to the pastoral staff
  • Helping visitors and responding to their inquiries either in person or by phone 
  • Assisting with producing electronic lists, reports, mailing lists, ordering supplies, and coordinating outside resources for projects
  • Maintaining the website, updating the Facebook page and other social media accounts 
  • Maintaining payroll records and communicating with the payroll service 
  • Submitting quarterly paperwork to the IRS and W2’s to Social Security 
  • Supporting the Financial Administrative Assistant as needed
