Job Description
Join a dynamic team in the Cromwell area as a part-time Administrative Assistant! Enjoy a hybrid schedule with flexible in-office days and the opportunity to support events throughout Connecticut. If you have strong customer service skills, thrive in an office setting, and are ready to make an impact, this role is for you!
$20 per hour, contract to hire. Flexibility to attend events throughout the state in the evening and on weekends is required.
This organization provides educational training and resources to professionals in the medical field. As the Administrative Assistant, you will
- assist members with the enrollment process
- answer questions
- assist with recruitment efforts
- take notes at the Board of Directors meetings
- attend off-site trainings and meetings
- accounting tasks
- maintaining membership database
- various administrative tasks
