Job Description
Essex area client is looking for multiple Order Entry / Customer Service Clerks on a contract basis. Company does offer the potential of hire for a strong fit.
This fast-paced environment calls for someone who’s experienced and can hit the ground running! Training on their systems will be provided, but knowledge and on the job experience handling customer inquires and complex orders is required.
$18-22 per hour depending on experience!
As the Order Entry / Customer Service Representative you can expect to be:
- Performing order entry, taking in order, confirming with customers, resolving errors and issue
- Entering and maintaining customer information
- Processing returns
- Answering phones and distributing calls
- Taking and triaging incoming calls, providing administrative support for the sales area
- Strong computer skills are a must including data entry and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook.)
