Office Manager Opportunities – Multiple Openings | $70K - $80K

Ready to bring your office management, accounting, HR, and administrative experience to a company that truly values versatility and leadership? Multiple companies throughout Connecticut are hiring experienced Office Managers to oversee day-to-day operations and support growing teams.

Openings available in Middlesex County, Litchfield County, and Fairfield County — commutable from Hartford, Waterbury, Middletown, Bristol, Danbury, Shelton, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions 
  • Support HR activities including onboarding, employee records, and payroll coordination 
  • Handle accounting duties including AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll processing, and reporting 
  • Work closely with leadership teams on operations, customer service, and office workflow 
  • Coordinate schedules, vendor communication, and office support staff 
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and confidential information 
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Business Manager experience 
  • Strong background in accounting and administrative support 
  • HR and payroll knowledge highly preferred 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Professional communication and leadership skills 
  • Experience within manufacturing, service, nonprofit, or small business environments is a plus
