Job Description
A small legal firm in the West Haven area is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee operations and ensure smooth business functions. This is a contract position offering $35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations, including vendor relations and staff payroll / benefits administration
- Preparing legal correspondence and documentation.
- Overseeing billing, accounts receivable, collections, and financial statement preparation
