A growing manufacturing company is hiring an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations across administration, accounting, HR, and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a small company environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative and customer service staff
- Manage HR functions and payroll processing
- Maintain general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting
- Partner with customer service team to ensure timely response to inquiries
- Coordinate with operations to help meet customer shipping deadlines
Qualifications:
- Prior Office Manager or similar leadership experience
- Strong accounting knowledge (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations)
- HR and payroll experience required
- ERP experience preferred (EPICOR a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
