Looking to put your office and customer service skills to work in a professional office setting? We are hiring an Office Assistant to support a busy office in the Bridgeport area, with flexibility to work from the Stamford office as well.
This full-time, contract role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is highly organized, and thrives in a front desk and administrative office support environment. Experience with medical records is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support day-to-day administrative and office functions
- Handle filing, scanning, and document organization
- Assist with medical records and related documentation (preferred experience)
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional office setting
- Perform general office support duties to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Prior office, receptionist, or administrative experience
- Medical records experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and office systems
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy office setting
- Flexibility to work in both Bridgeport and Stamford office locations
