Office Admin / Customer Support – Direct Hire (Cromwell, CT)
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually, plus benefits

Overview:
Our client in Cromwell, CT is seeking a reliable and efficient Office Administrator / Customer Support professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative operations while providing exceptional support to clients. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
  • Process and manage orders, invoices, and shipments.
  • Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and handling complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Handle collections of past-due payments.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings and events.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment systems is a plus.
