Connecticut Shoreline Area
$19.00 per hour
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join a precision manufacturing team where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Easy commute from Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Clinton, Essex, Deep River, Chester, Killingworth, Madison, Old Lyme, East Haddam, Haddam, Middletown and surrounding Connecticut communities.

What You'll Do
- Inspect small precision components using a microscope
- Remove small burrs and imperfections from finished parts
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Handle delicate components with care and precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with small parts under a microscope or magnification is strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive, precision work with accuracy
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideal Backgrounds
Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:
- Microscope inspection
- Small parts manufacturing
- Precision assembly
- Medical device manufacturing
- Electronics or circuit board assembly
- Laboratory or research work using microscopes
- Quality inspection
- Optical or ophthalmic manufacturing
- Deburring or precision finishing
- Jewelry making, jewelry repair, or other fine-detail work
