Explained what I was seeking in employment, the job they found for me was perfect.

I've never used a temp agency before so I have nothing to compare this experience to regarding how other agencies work.My first interaction was with Mike. Initially, I was very nervous as this was a new thing for me. Mike was very professional, friendly, helpful, and encouraging. What I particularly appreciated was the time he took to get to know me and my background. I wasn't expecting that. He explained that most jobs they have aren't in my prior fields, yet believed I was capable of doing well at them. Note: I was eager for a career change and was excited to hear this.He very quickly had me set up with an interview, great with pointers, reminders, and follow up. I ended up turning the job down, no fault of his, just not my cup of tea.Mike reached out shortly after and had me talk with Robin who had another opportunity for me.Robin was just as delightful, professional, helpful, and informative as Mike.I accepted the temp job and absolutely love it. People at the company ask if I'm from Mazzotta because their temps are the best. I'm grateful that Mazzotta considered and recommended me for this location.Their follow up and communication are excellent and response times are amazing.I had been frustrated applying for jobs and they made the process so much easier. I wish I had reached out sooner. Overall, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience and highly reccomend their services.

Alexus and Jessica were fantastic to work with.. Job searching is stressful. You want to make sure you are finding the right fit.. Working with AR Mazzotta Agency allows you to talk over what may or may not be a good fit and bounce ideas off a live person.. I wouldn't have applied for the position I was placed on because I had never had that "title" but ended up with a great job. Your skills may work for a position you hadn't thought about or would not even apply for.. I'd recommend anyone who is looking for a change in industry or job title to go with an agency. AR Mazzotta was a good experience for me.
