  • Understanding of engineering drawings / blueprints
  • Ability to follow work instructions used in the assembly process
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Bench assembly experience
  • Knowledge of fluid testing
  • Calibration experience
  • Experience working with gauges, micrometers, microscopes
  • Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination
