Manufacturing Production Associate – Small Parts
Old Saybrook, CT Area
$19.00 per Hour | First Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with potential overtime

What You'll Do
- Assemble precision components
- Inspect, test, and package finished products
- Perform detailed work using a microscope
- Remove small burrs and imperfections from finished parts
- Operate semi-automated molding and production equipment
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Rotate between production tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform detailed work with small parts
- Comfortable working with a microscope or willing to learn
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
