Manufacturing Production Associate – Small Parts
Old Saybrook, CT Area

$19.00 per Hour | First Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with potential overtime

What You'll Do
  • Assemble precision components
  • Inspect, test, and package finished products
  • Perform detailed work using a microscope
  • Remove small burrs and imperfections from finished parts
  • Operate semi-automated molding and production equipment
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Rotate between production tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform detailed work with small parts
  • Comfortable working with a microscope or willing to learn
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
