Manufacturing Operations Engineer (Next-Step Opportunity)

You’ll work closely with multiple teams to keep production running efficiently, ensuring orders are planned, materials are aligned, and workflows support consistent, on-time output. This role offers a strong mix of problem-solving, coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production flow from planning through completion
- Align materials, scheduling, and internal priorities to support delivery goals
- Create and maintain clear production documentation and instructions
- Partner with internal teams to improve workflow and reduce bottlenecks
- Support quality and compliance standards across manufacturing processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or process support
- Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems and production data
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting structured manufacturing environments (quality systems, documentation, etc.)
- Continuous improvement mindset; Lean experience is a plus
