Job Description
Our manufacturing client that specializes in injection molding has an opening on their team for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the custom molding operation. This well-established manufacturer is dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers, both small and large.
$85K - $90K, plus benefits
They are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager with a background in injection molding to oversee our production processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing management, particularly in the injection molding sector, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on plastic injection molding project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
