Manufacturing Machine Operator – 1st and 2nd Shifts Available
Choose the Shift That Fits Your Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Easy commute from Portland, Middletown, East Hampton, Glastonbury, Marlborough, Haddam, Hebron, Colchester, and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do
- Operate molding and production equipment
- Prepare materials for manufacturing runs
- Monitor machine operation and production quality
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Record production information accurately
- Follow quality, safety, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift
- Work in a manufacturing environment that can be warm during summer months
- Work safely around production equipment and heavy molds
