Manufacturing Associates – Production & Machine Operations
- Shoreline Area | I-95 North Corridor
- 1st & 2nd Shift | $16.94–$19.00/hour

We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates for a variety of current and future positions with manufacturing companies along the Connecticut shoreline. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply! If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and interested in hands-on work, we may have an opportunity for you.
Openings vary by company and may include:
- Production Associates
- Machine Operators
- Process Technicians
- Assembly and Packaging
- Other manufacturing support positions
- Some positions involve operating machinery or learning specialized manufacturing processes, while others focus on hands-on production and assembly.
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required for all positions
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the workday
- Some positions require heavy lifting and more physically demanding work
Job Details
- $16.94–$19.00 per hour
- Pay varies by position, experience, and shift
