Now Hiring – Manufacturing Associates (General Labor / Machine Operators / Material Handlers)
- Norwich, CT | $18.00/hour + Paid Overtime | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Join a busy manufacturing and warehouse team in Norwich! We’re hiring multiple dependable workers for full-time, hands-on positions in general labor, machine operation, and material handling.
About the Job
Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, active environment. These are not sitting jobs — you’ll be on your feet, moving throughout the facility, and assisting with all areas of production.
What You’ll Do
- Operate or assist with production machinery
- Move and handle materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work with your team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move around the plant
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus (may pay more)
Schedule & Pay
- $18.00/hour + overtime pay
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Overtime available and paid weekly
