Now Hiring – Manufacturing Associates (General Labor / Machine Operators / Material Handlers)

Norwich, CT | $18.00/hour + Paid Overtime | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Join a busy manufacturing and warehouse team in Norwich! We’re hiring multiple dependable workers for full-time, hands-on positions in general labor, machine operation, and material handling.

About the Job

Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, active environment. These are not sitting jobs — you’ll be on your feet, moving throughout the facility, and assisting with all areas of production.

What You’ll Do

Operate or assist with production machinery
Move and handle materials safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Work with your team to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move around the plant
Team player with a positive attitude
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus (may pay more)

Schedule & Pay

$18.00/hour + overtime pay
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime available and paid weekly
