Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $19.80 per hour
Training Period: 1st Shift (approximately 4–6 weeks) | $18.00 per hour

No specific manufacturing experience? That's okay. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up consistently, work safely, and are eager to learn new skills. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing processes through cross-training and job rotation.
What You'll Do
- Learn and perform a variety of manufacturing and production tasks
- Rotate through different workstations and departments
- Operate equipment and perform assembly-related duties
- Follow quality and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Training Provided
All new hires will begin on 1st shift for approximately 4–6 weeks of training before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and handle production materials as needed
- Basic computer skills
- Steel-toed shoes required
