Job Description
Maintenance Mechanic – Direct Hire
- Up to $40 per hour for the right experience!
- 2nd shift position (Must be available to train on 1st)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance of production machinery
- Troubleshoot machine failures and resolve issues efficiently,
- Make general repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
- Install new equipment and assist with machine upgrades.
What You Need:
- At least 5 years’ experience in machine maintenance.
- Basic mechanical skills and hands-on repair experience.
- General electrical knowledge (experience with industrial machinery preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
