Job Description
Excellent opportunity to join a busy Connecticut based manufacturing company which has been producing parts for the medical, aerospace, automotive industries and more for over 100 years. Our client believes in setting employees up for success and providing them with internal growth potential.
1st and 2nd shift openings. Contract to hire.
Hourly pay ranges from $15 - $18.00 depending on your experience, position selected for and shift. Plus benefits package.
Current openings include:
- Assembly
- Machine operating
- CNC machine operating
Requirements
- 6 months experience working in a manufacturing production role
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Prior experience operating industrial machines
- CNC experience
- Good attention to detail
- Quality Inspection
- Ability to read and interrupt engineering drawings and blueprints
- Comfortable working with small parts
- Willingness to learn and assist where needed
