We’re hiring Machine Operators, Assemblers, and Warehouse Workers for multiple full-time openings with a well-established company in the Shelton, CT area. These are long-term opportunities offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the chance to grow your skills in a clean, supportive environment.
Current Openings & Pay Rates:
- Blanchard Rotary Grinder Operator – $18.00 - $20.00/hr (Experience Required)
- Machine Operators – $16.35 - $18.00/hr
- Assemblers – $16.35 - $18.00/hr
- Warehouse Workers – $16.35 - $18.00/hr

Requirements:
- Relevant experience depending on the position
- Blanchard Grinder experience required for Grinder role
- Ability to work with hand tools, follow instructions, and meet production standards
