They are a great agency to work for. Not only was there response quick, they found me a job even quicker. A great company!!!

This company plays favorites, plain and simple. Nepotism is a real issue here, and it s obvious that some people get special treatment while others are overlooked or pushed aside. The positive reviews? They push people hard to leave them and offer a free day off as a reward. They claim the content doesn t matter, but somehow only the people who leave glowing reviews get chosen.They re rude when you call, disorganized, and make you feel like just another number. There s little respect or basic courtesy, and they carry an attitude like they re above you. I left and went to a different agency, and the difference was immediate and huge. This place was a frustrating, disappointing experience from start to finish.Don't belive the reviews you read since they come with a reward!

I've never used a temp agency before so I have nothing to compare this experience to regarding how other agencies work.My first interaction was with Mike. Initially, I was very nervous as this was a new thing for me. Mike was very professional, friendly, helpful, and encouraging. What I particularly appreciated was the time he took to get to know me and my background. I wasn't expecting that. He explained that most jobs they have aren't in my prior fields, yet believed I was capable of doing well at them. Note: I was eager for a career change and was excited to hear this.He very quickly had me set up with an interview, great with pointers, reminders, and follow up. I ended up turning the job down, no fault of his, just not my cup of tea.Mike reached out shortly after and had me talk with Robin who had another opportunity for me.Robin was just as delightful, professional, helpful, and informative as Mike.I accepted the temp job and absolutely love it. People at the company ask if I'm from Mazzotta because their temps are the best. I'm grateful that Mazzotta considered and recommended me for this location.Their follow up and communication are excellent and response times are amazing.I had been frustrated applying for jobs and they made the process so much easier. I wish I had reached out sooner. Overall, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience and highly reccomend their services.
