Job Description
Experienced Machine Operator Needed – 2nd & 3rd shift (Derby/Ansonia, CT)
Join a global company right here in Connecticut! Their manufacturing plant in the lower Naugatuck Valley area (Derby / Ansonia) is expanding its production team and seeking skilled Machine Operators. This contract to hire position involves operating injection molding machines, performing in process inspection, and handling tasks such as sorting, cutting and packing parts. This Machine Operator role could be the perfect fit for you!

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operating injection molding machines and secondary equipment.
- Inspect parts as needed.

Skills & Experience:
- Required: Previous machine operation experience.
- Injection molding experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Understanding of in-process inspection procedures.
