Job Description

Machine Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

$20 - $30 per hour, based on experience.

A Middletown area manufacturer is looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to ensure their industrial machinery operates efficiently and keeps production running seamlessly.

Responsibilities of the Machine Maintenance Technician

Preventative Maintenance
Troubleshooting and repairs
Equipment Installation
Safety and Compliance
Collaboration and Communication
Inventory Management related to the maintenance department

Qualifications

3+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment and controls.
Strong mechanical knowledge, electrical training, and plumbing skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Comfortable with welding, fabrication, and basic carpentry skills.
Experience performing seal replacements

Experience working on the following industrial machines

Steam boilers
Hydraulic presses
Hoist
Pumps
Ovens
Exhaust fan systems
