Job Description

New openings in the Watertown area! Manufacturing Production Workers

Local manufacturing company is gearing up for their busy season and need extra hands to support their production process. If you have experience in manufacturing – whether in machine operation, assembly, or packing - you could be a great fit for these contract-to-hire opportunities!

2nd & 3rd Shift
$16.35 per hour, plus paid overtime.
Weekly paychecks

These roles are perfect for individuals who thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to interpret blueprints, take precise measurements, and cut large materials to customer specifications.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Physical Requirements:
Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting materials

Additional skills:

Ability to use a ruler and measuring tape
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
